For Nursing Homes

Listing Terms for Nursing Homes

These terms apply when you claim a nursing home's listing on seniorcare.help or add to it. By submitting a claim or an update, you agree to them and to the site's terms of use.

Effective October 29, 2026Applies to seniorcare.help

Who May Claim a Listing

You may claim a listing only if you work for that nursing home and have its permission to manage how it is described online. You must give your real name, role, a work email and a phone number. Senior Care Help confirms claims by calling the home's phone number as CMS lists it, or by other reasonable checks, and may refuse or withdraw a claim it can't confirm. Making a false claim ends your access and may be reported.

What Stays as Published by CMS

The home's name, address, phone number, star ratings, staffing, inspection results, fines and quality measures on Senior Care Help come from CMS Care Compare. Claiming a listing doesn't change them. A home that finds an error in its own data works through CMS and its state survey agency; the change appears here after CMS publishes it and the site next refreshes its copy.

What You May Add

A description, visiting and office hours, programs and specialties, your care team, insurance and payment notes, languages, the home's website and phone number, up to 10 photos and up to 3 YouTube or Vimeo videos. What you add appears on your listing marked as provided by the home.

What Isn't Allowed

  • Outcome, recovery or improvement rates, or any promise of a result.
  • Testimonials, reviews or stories about residents or families, and any photo that shows or identifies a resident.
  • Claims to be the best, the top or number one, or guarantees of any kind, including of a bed, a price or Medicaid acceptance.
  • Links inside text, or links to any site other than the home's own.
  • Anything false or misleading, or anything you don't have the right to publish, including photos and videos you didn't make or license.

Review Before Publishing

Every claim and every update is reviewed by a person before it appears, and Senior Care Help may decline, shorten or remove anything that breaks these terms or that it can't confirm. A listing gets a dedicated page once its claim is confirmed and an approved update includes a description of at least 150 words plus at least one of: three photos, hours, a team section or a program description.

Permission to Publish

You keep ownership of what you submit. You give Rupe Enterprises LLC a free, non-exclusive, worldwide license to publish, display, resize and format it on seniorcare.help and in search results and previews of the site for as long as the listing is claimed, and you confirm you have the right to grant that license.

No Payment, No Ranking

Claiming a listing is free. A claimed listing isn't placed above any other, and city pages keep ordering homes by CMS's ratings. The advertising disclosure explains how the site is funded.

Your Information

The name, role, work email and phone number you give are used only to confirm your claim, to send you sign-in links and review decisions and to keep a record of changes to the listing. They are never shown on the site or sold. The privacy policy explains more.

Removal

You may ask through the contact form for your additions to be removed, and the listing returns to CMS's information on its city page. Senior Care Help may remove a dedicated page or end a claim at any time, including when the home closes or leaves CMS's data.
