How the Site Is Funded

Advertising Disclosure

Senior Care Help is free to use. It is paid for by display ads served by Google AdSense. No nursing home or care provider pays to be listed, ranked or featured, and ads never change which homes you see or what a page says.

Senior Care Help is published by Rupe Enterprises LLC, a Washington limited liability company. It is an independent site, not a government agency, a care provider or a placement service.

How You'll Know It's an Ad

Each display ad is served and marked by Google with its ad label, and sits apart from the site's own content. Ads are placed by hand in set spots, spaced through the page, rather than dropped in automatically. They never appear inside or between nursing home listings, inside the finder's results, inside a help box or inside a form.

Who Chooses the Ads

Google chooses which ads to show, based on the page and, depending on your settings, your interests. Senior Care Help doesn't pick individual advertisers, and an ad is not a recommendation or an endorsement of a facility, agency, insurer or service. Before you choose a nursing home, you can check its CMS ratings, inspections and staffing in the nursing home finder, or call the free Eldercare Locator at 1-800-677-1116 for local aging services.

No Paid Listings, Referral Fees or Tracked Numbers

Nursing home listings come from CMS Care Compare, and every Medicare- or Medicaid-certified home is included. Homes can't pay to appear, to rank higher or to be featured, and Senior Care Help takes no fee when you contact a home or move in. The phone number on each listing is the home's own number from CMS, never a tracked or call-center number that routes your call to a placement service.

No Referral Offers Today

The site has no affiliate links and no senior living referral or placement offers. When a guide explains assisted living, memory care or home care, it explains how that care works, how it is licensed and who pays, without steering you to a company.

If a Paid Offer Is Added Later

Referral offers may be added in the future. If one is, it will appear in its own box labelled "Sponsored," with a short line saying the site may be paid when you use it, and this page will be updated to name the type of offer. Its links will be marked as sponsored for search engines. It will never sit inside or between nursing home listings, inside a guide's answer, or in a list of official resources such as the ombudsman or the Eldercare Locator.

What Advertising Doesn't Change

Advertising never decides which homes are listed or in what order, what a listing says, what a guide says or which official resources are named. Facts come from CMS, Medicaid.gov, the Administration for Community Living, the National Institute on Aging, the VA and state agencies, never from advertisers. The editorial policy sets out how that independence is kept.

No Lead Forms

The site has no intake or lead forms and doesn't sell or pass your details to anyone, including facilities and placement services. The only form on the site is the contact form for corrections and feedback, and the finder and tools run in your browser.

See the privacy policy for the cookies Google uses for ads and how to turn off personalized ads.

If someone is in danger now, call 911. To report suspected abuse or neglect in a nursing home or assisted living, contact your state's Long-Term Care Ombudsman or Adult Protective Services. For free help finding local aging services, call the Eldercare Locator at 1-800-677-1116. seniorcare.help is an independent guide, not a care provider or referral service, and doesn't give medical or legal advice.
